Almeida Guzmán Asociados announces the incorporation of a new member to its professional staff: Belén Jaramillo (bjaramillo@almeidaguzman.com), as Partner of the Department Labor and Social Security. Her practice focuses on preventive advice and proper management of labor relations with different stakeholders.
Belén is a lawyer with extensive experience in the management of individual and collective conflicts. She has participated in the implementation of harassment prevention programs and labor discrimination, training for senior executives, human talent and employees in general. The above in the context of ESG criteria (Environmental, Social and Governance factors).
Her intervention is
in sectors such as tourism, mass consumption, financial services,
agricultural and industrial. Belén is also a professor at the
postgraduate course in Labor Law at the University of Cuenca.
