On September 4, 2025, the Council of the Judiciary – CJ issued the REGULATIONS FOR PROCESSING THE AUTHORIZATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY IN THE NOTARIAL SERVICE AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL. Below are the additional activities that must be carried out in order to process the corresponding authorization to leave the country:

| Notaries | Verify the presentation of the form. |
| Conduct interviews with the parties appearing, the content of which must be recorded in the Notarial Information System (SIN). | |
| To sign the notarial act in which the father, mother or both authorize the exit from the country. | |
| Collect fingerprints and take photographs of the persons appearing, and incorporate the notarial act into the protocol book. | |
| Include in the notarial act any of the following security measures: security hologram, QR code, dry seal or other means to verify the authenticity of the document. |
